It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clair D. Miller of West Carrollton, Ohio, born in Cramer, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy C. Miller and Rosalie Miller (Stutzman). He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. Miller (Bollinger); his son William Palmer (Pamela); and his brother Earl L. Stutzman-Miller.
