She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardith Edwards and Hazel Edwards (Blythe); her husband Frederick L. Rose; her son Michael J. Skaggs; her stepdaughter Diane Adams; her brothers, Burl, John and Lowell Edwards; and her brother-in-law Paul Kaut.
She is survived by: her daughter Freda Martin (Tom); her stepdaughter Cathy Rader; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Skaggs; her sisters, Muriel Kaut and Kathy Applegate (Michael); her stepgrandchildren, James, Billy, Alexis and Mitchell; and her close friends, Barb, Nick Rolfe, Rodney and Karla Faulkner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
