Oliver of West Carrollton, Ohio, born in Lenore, West Virginia, who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Oliver and Ina Oliver (Short); her husband Charles; and her son Garry Oliver. She is survived by: her brother Kayte Kirby (Ronald Oliver); and also James Carter (Marlene).
