It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Gail Polston (West Carrollton, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Brenda Gail Polston. She is survived by: her fiancé Andrew Van Ausdoll; her sons, Brenden, Brayden and Matthew Van Ausdoll; her mother Deborah Derrick (Polston); her grandfather McKinley Polston (Thalia Stoff); her siblings, Travis Lowe (Justice Moore), Kevin Derrick, Charles "Buddy" Derrick (Tia), Lesa Tyler (Lee), Carol Kobalcsik (Josh) and Taylor Ivey (Scott); her parents-in-law, Matthew and Sylvia Van Ausdoll; and also Lucas Van Ausdoll. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church in Mandi's memory.
