He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Byrd Noe and Joanna Noe (Thomas); his wife Faye; his daughters, Beverly Degler of Eaton, OH. and Judy Conrad (Chris); his grandchildren, Shannon Schmidt of Camden, OH., Chic Degler, Kyle Conrad (Jenka) and Evan Conrad (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Julie, Maggie Schmidt, Taylor and Leah Conrad; and his siblings, John Noe (Jackie) and Wilma Dugger of Corbin, KY.. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
