He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Norfleet (Leach) and Daniel Powers; and his grandson Scott White. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Powers (Hofacker); his children, Teresa Crippen (Butch), Ed White (Patty) and Jeff White (Beth); his siblings, Floyd Powers, Eddie Medford (Sandy), Danny Powers (Angie) and Sandy Johnson (Buck); his grandchildren, John Garner (Karrie), Jesse Garner (Haylie), Riley Hammaker (Cody), Madison Hemmelgarn, Bailey Hemmelgarn, Stephanie White, Sandra Tucker, Jennifer Howard and Vanna Maggard (Dean); and his great grandchildren, Joey, Kenny, Andrew, Jayden, Abby, Justin, Logan, Lani, Kelsie, Kali, Hudson, Oliver, Ella, Coleson and Mikey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
