He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Pendergraft and Pauline Pendergraft (Blake); his wife Melinda Pendergraft; and his siblings, Gina Bowen, Jimmy Pendergraft and Mickey Pendergraft.
He is survived by: his children, Annie Smith (Keith), Scott Kimble (Tonya), Lorrie Tipton (David), Buffy Pendergraft and Angela McLean (Logan); his girlfriend Margie Stevenson; his sisters, Karen Riley, Rhonda Clark and Linda McMurray; and his pets, Lucy and Lulabelle. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
