She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Collett and Elizabeth Collett (Vicario). She is survived by: her husband John Adams of West Alexandria, Ohio; and her children, Mike (Glenda Thomas), Don (Rhonda Thomas), Jim Thomas of Ohio, Marc (Shelley Adams) and Stephanie DiGioia of Zephyrhills, Florida..
