He is survived by: his sister Ellen Lambert; his children, Rhonda Banks and Richard Warrix, Jr. (Tammy); his son-in-law Kenneth Banks; his grandchildren, Lauren Neal, Kenny Banks, Aubrey Warrix and Tayler Creech; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Hailey, Bentley, Myleigh and Cora; and his friend Frank Bare.
