He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Gualario and Elvira Barber Gualario (Miller); his brother Fred Barber; and his daughter-in-law Janel Barber. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Barber (Cupp); his children, Perry Z. Leeds (Clay Borders), Twylia S. Owens, Nathan D. Leeds (Karen), Adam D. Leeds (Sheila), Scarlett R. Smith (Chris), Michael L. Barber and Phillip Barber (Beth); his brother John Barber (Helen); his grandchildren, Mikie, Maverick, Rachel, Denise, Lauren, Seth, Shelby, Mason, Luke, Mackie, Morgan, Adrianna, Tanner and Jena; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Gracie, Dawson and Grayson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
