He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ulrich; his children, John Ulrich (Danielle) of Portland, OR., Kathleen Carpenter (Matthew) of Portland, OR., Karen Maalouf (Walid) of Portland, OR., Beirut of Portland, OR., Lebanon of Portland, OR., Kristy Papczun (Patrick) of Portland, OR. and Brad Ulrich of Portland, OR.; and his siblings, Rochelle White (Lee) of Denver, CO., Amy Leedy (Jim) and Dow Ulrich (Margie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
