He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Spicer (Rita) and David Spicer (Jeanette); his children, Terry Spicer (Brenda), Barry Spicer, Wanda Shelley (Randy) and Steve Spicer; his grandchildren, Angie Spicer, Tim Finney, Kimberly Ach (Clint), Ryan Spicer, Danielle Fox (Drew), Ben Shelley (Candi) and Michael Shelley; and his great grandchildren, Bronson Shelley, Adelynn Fox, Connor Ach and Aiden Ritter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
