He is survived by: his children, Ryan Stapleton (Tammy) of New Lebanon, OH, Lucinda Owens of West Alexandria and Chasity Stanford (Ken) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Wes Stapleton (Julie), Leah Stapleton, Jessica Jarvis (Dave), Elizabeth Stapleton (Chad) and Austin Spurlock; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Mariah, Riley and Tyler Fletcher; and his siblings, Mary Swafford of Kingston, OH, Viola Castle of Paintsville, KY, Janet Hemphill (Russell) of Monett, MO, Barbara McFarland of Eaton and Jerry Stapleton (Chrissy) of Lead Hill, AK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
