Payne; her children, Jesse Payne (Donna) and Candace; her grandchildren, Justice, Jesse Jr., Isaac, Ethan, Caleb and Dakota; and her sisters, Cindi Crowe (Steve Nickell), Deanna, Regina "Gina" Fraley (Jim) and Jana Dalton (Beth Gilliland). She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
