He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fahrenholz and Mary Fahrenholz (Smith). He is survived by: his daughter Carla Clark (Johnnie) of West Alexandria; his grandchildren, Darah Schmidt (Joseph) of Beavercreek, Justin Clark (Bekah) of New Lebanon, Wesley Clark (Victoria) of New Lebanon, Aaron Clark of West Alexandria, Jacob Clark of West Alexandria and Mary Catherine Clark of West Alexandria; his siblings, Kathy Meyer (Kevin) of Rockbridge, OH, Alan Fahrenholz (Marsha) of Suffield, CT, David Fahrenholz (Marcia) of Delaware, OH, Carol Frueh (Greg) of Dayton and James Fahrenholz (Tricia) of Germantown; and his close friend Terri Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
