He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oliver and Susie (Flora); and his wife Mary Catherine Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Delores Wehr, Kenneth Oliver and Ruth Ann Steck; and his grandchildren, Anita, Jason, Amy, Russell, Greg, Darcy, Jeremy and Robert. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
