He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Bolton; his brother Richard Bolton; and his siblings-in-law, David Couch and Mildred Wathen (Couch). He is survived by: his mother Brenda Bolton (Fox); his wife Stacy Bolton; his children, Kacy Bolton (Tim), Barry, Amanda Bolton Jr. and Elijah Bolton; his sisters, Cynthia Mozingo and Beth Delk (Brian); his brothers-in-law, Elihue Couch (Michelle) and William Wathen; his niece Jennifer Brubaker (Levi); and his grandsons, Jackson Looper, Daniel Bolton and Jameson Bolton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the funeral home for final expenses.
