She was predeceased by: her son Lincoln; and her grandfather Zachary. She is survived by: her parents, Jonathan Summers and Jennifer Black (John); her siblings, Ashley, Alexis, Cole and Nathan; her nieces and nephews, Ayden, Hailee, Scarlett and Troy; her grandmother Anita Summers; and her great-grandparent Hazel Kilmer. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations please be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
