She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Smith (Anderson); and her grandson Bryan Hoffman. She is survived by: her father Wayne Smith Sr.; her stepmother Paula Smith (Gorby) of Rogers; her children, Jeremy M. Smith of Wellsville, Travis Smith (Kathy), Palestine, Amber Smith (Jonathan Keyes) of Wellsville and Brittney Hoffman (Kyle) of Columbiana; her siblings, Wayne "Chip" Smith Jr. (Melissa), Wade "Sam" Smith of Irondale and Jodie Quetot (Greg) of Rogers; and her grandchildren, Hayden Jones, Peyton McBride, Cheyann Mortimer, Kameron Hoffman, Angel, Aurora, Aiden, Serenity and Skyler Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
