He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas D. Woods and Jane Lyle Woods; and his brother Bob Woods. He is survived by: his wife April Milhoan Woods; his children, Danielle Woods-Patrone (Michael) of Chester and Thomas N. Woods of Empire; his stepson Josh Milhoan (Patty); his sisters, Linda Dickey of Illinois and Janie Smith (Steve) of Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Woods of Tennessee. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
