He is survived by: his children, Erica Carter (Sam), Jon Carter of Wellsville and Shawn "Finny" Carter (Miranda) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Terry Grafton, Mitchell Kemper, Casey Carter, Kallee Powell, Troy Carter, Camden Douglas, Stakya Sallis, Colton Carter, Chasten Carter, Noah Grafton, Haley Grafton, Menina Jackson and Courtlynn Jackson; his sister Karen Vogt; and his friend Wilbur Waggoner.
