He was predeceased by: his parents, Cadiz Betz and Millicent Wolfe Betz; and his siblings, Marjorie Fraser and Earl Ray Betz. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea K. Betz; his sons, Thomas E. Betz (Kimberly) and Jonathan T. Betz (Ginette); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Madison, Ella, Alexia, Ginette, Jack, Maria, Ainsley, Addison and Tessie.
