He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Capraruolo Kinsey; his children, Jessica Kinsey of Sherman Oaks, Andrea Krushinski (Brad) of Pittsburgh and Theodore Gray Kinsey II (Jill) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Teddi, Kodi, Zane, Zebulin, Zavier, Zander, Boone, Bowie Kinsey, Blake, Luke, Alex Krushinski and Heaven Cramer; and his siblings, Barbara Amedeo of East Liverpool, Melanie Patterson of Hudson, Melissa Kinsey of Columbus, Dr. Collin Marvin Kinsey II (Janet) of Guilford Lake and Dr. Frederick D. Kinsey (Joyce) of East Liverpool.
