Sherrill left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lysle and Garnetta Lysle (Parsons); her husband Jerry Jackson; and her children, Mary Lombardozzi and Jesse Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerald "Bodine" Jackson (Allison Butts) of Wellsville and Gene Lysle of Wellsville; her stepdaughters, Mary Jane Jackson of Texas and Rhonda Jackson of California; her grandchildren, Josh, Jeremiah Jackson, Savanna Jackson and Keila Lombardozzi; and also Thomas Lysle, Jr. (Kathleen) of Hammondsville. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (631 Main St, Wellsville, OH 43968). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Roberts Funeral Home to help assist with funeral expenses.
