He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Spann. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Spann (Wright) of Wellsville; his wife Lorena (Bullocks); his children, Scott Spann Jr. of Texas, Landis Morris III of Pennsylvania, Lydia Bullocks of Pennsylvania and Karemma Morris of Pennsylvania; and his sister April Smothers of Georgia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
