He is survived by: his children, Dustin Stanley of Akron, Ronnie Tice III of East Palestine, Daniel Tice of Wellsville, Jessica Daniels of Lisbon and Ashlie Rowe of Wellsville; his sisters, Sherry Chase (Fred) of Irondale and Opal Lombardozzi of Wellsville; and his girlfriend Debra Reynolds McIlvain. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
