We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2024, at the age of 91, Peggy Ruth Rose (Wellsville, Ohio), born in Stratton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dobson and Beatrice Dunlap Dobson; her husband Dean W. Rose; and her siblings, Bill, Con, John, Kenny Dobson, Linda Dobson and Nadine Leatherberry.
She is survived by: her children, David Rose of Highlandtown, Kendra Rose and Brenda Raffa (Tim) of Highlandtown; her close friends, Jean Culp and Nancy Weekley; her granddaughters, Emily Rose Raffa (Brad Brown) and Ashley Robin Raffa Hissam (Jeff Hissam); her great grandchildren, Jefferey Allen Hissam II and Amyah Kay Hissam; her niece Carol; and also, Devyn, Brayden, Hannah, Noah, Grant, Jase, Jett and Mila. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may take the form of donations to the Highlandtown Church.
