She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Mike (David) of Wellsville and Carla Andrejcak of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Brandon Mike, Jessica Mike, Ryan Mike, Liam Andrejcak and Haley Andrejcak; her great grandchildren, Clayton Behanna, Dalton Behanna, Joehonna Shreve, Aaliyah Shreve and Bryson Goodwin; and her siblings, Anthony "Joe" Blankenship of Wintersville and Earlene Blankenship of Wellsville.
