She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford John and Sula "Irene" Fultz (Christy); and her sisters, Mildred Charleen "Shug" Rodgers, Delores Ralston and LaRue Bowers.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Lowe; her son Richard Phillips (Betty Ann) of Wellsville; her brother John Fultz (Sandy) of Kent; her grandson Attorney Joseph Phillips (Attorney Katie Fish) of Michigan; and her great grandchild Ruth Phillips. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services for Myrna will be held.
