She is survived by: her father Joseph Surace of Wellsville; her children, Sanna Surace of Wellsville, Chad Elliott (Jayla Martin) of Wellsville and Chelsea Elliott of Wellsville; her siblings, Kim Tippins (Tom) of Salineville, Pete Surace (Angela) of Austintown, Kristal Surace of Aliquippa, PA and Jody Butler (Duke) of Bedford, TX.; and her grandchildren, Gio, Aubrey, Cheyenne, Mia and Gianna.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Roberts Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
