We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2023, at the age of 96, Joleen Priscilla Cattrell (Wellsville, Ohio), born in East Liverpool, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Louis Ackerle and Helen Jane Calhoun Ackerle; her husband Bill; and her half-brother William Carr. She is survived by: her children, Robin Weeda (John) and Jody Lockhart (Rick) of Highlandtown; and her grandchildren, Emilee Wilson (Ed), Alyssa Lockhart of Wellsville, Christopher Weeda (Renee) of Lisbon and Zachary Lockhart of Pittsburgh.
In lieu of flowers, Joleen loved participating in Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child. Donations can be sent to Covenant Presbyterian Church, 401 18th Street, Wellsville, OH 43968.
