He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. "Jack" Rockhold and Rhelda Rockhold (Cook). He is survived by: his spouse Rheba Rockhold (Taggart); and his children, Michael B. Rockhold and Joni L. Rockhold (Brad Gatrell).
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dawson Funeral Home (215 W 5th St, East Liverpool, OH 43920). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (42160 Oak Ridge Church Road, Wellsville, Ohio 43968).
