He is survived by: his brother Chris Heldman (Mary Ellen) of Columbus; his nieces, Caitlin Heldman of Columbus and Erin Heldman of Columbus; his uncle Don Heldman (Ruby) of East Liverpool; his cousin Rob Heckathorn (Gretchen) of East Palestine; and his stepmother Barbara Heldman of East Liverpool.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Bill's name to: United Way of Southern Columbiana County, PO Box 646.
