With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ethan Barker of Wellsville, Ohio, born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 12. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Alan Barker, Sr.; and his grandmothers, Elsie Homan and Loretta Barker. He is survived by: his mother Nichole Barker of Wellsville; his siblings, Nicholas Barker, Daniel A. Barker, Jr. and Katelynn Marie Barker; and his grandfathers, Dennis Barker, Sr. (Martha) and David Homan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

“In loving memory of Ethan Barker, Ethan came to Beaver Local and he was so sweet. His smile could light up a whole town. He would be so sweet to anyone no matter how they treated him. The school has a whole thing for him. He will never be forgotten. I was so excited to Ethan and then I got the news. It breaks my heart hearing about him. Sending prayers for the family.”
