He is survived by: his wife Penny Cline (Wright); his sons, Edward Cline, Jr. (Melissa) of East Liverpool, James Cline (Mary) of Wellsville and Lawrence Cline (Whitney) of Wellsville; his sister Donna Elkins (Fred) of East Liverpool; his grandchildren, Jamie, Kala of Marie, JJ, Ben, Brad, Gage, Lawrence, Kane Cline and Elisa Mercer; and his great grandchildren, Kendric and Graysen Cline.
