She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fistel and Sophia Fistel (Olesky). She is survived by: her children, Charles W. Hayes (Christine) of Washington, Samuel M. Hayes (Holly) of Wellsville, Ohio, Vicky Lynn Saracco (Dan) of Wellsville, Ohio. and Cynthia K. Congrove (Gregg) of Wellsville, Ohio.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
