He was predeceased by: his parents, David E. Rogers and Alice A. Rogers (Webber); and his grandparents, Martha Gallager, David Rogers and Agnes Brown Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Rogers (Leatherberry); his son D. Isaac Rogers of Salineville; his grandchildren, Kalvin, Jaden and Ivy; his siblings, Alice A. Rogers, Eugene J. Rogers (Sheila), Martha M. Frazier (Shane), Buddy L. Rogers and Scott Rogers (Tracy); and his uncle Tom Rogers (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children.
