Blaine H. McIntosh Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blaine H. McIntosh of Wellsville, Ohio, who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John McIntosh and Vivian McIntosh (Cook); his son Brian "Bubba" McIntosh; and his siblings, Lewis J. "Lew" McIntosh, Neva Heffner and Rebecca Moss.
He is survived by: his son John B. McIntosh (Heidi) of Wellsville; his grandson Mitchell McIntosh of Wellsville; his sister Yvonne Dotson of Calcutta; his close friend Mary Lee Ice; his siblings-in-law, Ralph Smith (Debbie) of Canfield, OH and Kay McIntosh of Canton, OH; and his pets, Bub and Pootch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home.
