She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Cunningham and Violet Patterson Cunningham; and her son Richard "Mike" McCullough. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Dick" McCullough; her children, Rhonda Barber (Phil) of Youngstown, Lori Lane (Terry) of Myrtle Beach and Jim McCullough (Joanie) of East Liverpool; and her grandchildren, Nicole McCullough (Lori), Reva McCullough and Carly Lane. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
