He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony T. D'Angelo, and Katherine D'Angelo, Sr. (DiCello); and his sister Sandra Kay "Sandy" D'Angelo. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Angel Hayes of West Virginia and Jamie Moore of West Virginia. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
