He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Hawk and Emma J. Cozad Hawk; his sister-in-law Valerie Hawk; and his nephew Jerry Hawk, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Hawk, Sr. of Allensville; his niece Misty Hawk of Chillicothe; his nephew Jarrod Hawk (Stephanie) of Wellston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany McNichols (Nick), Jaylah Kennedy, Ryan Hawk (Brittany), Jacob Hawk, Jordan Hawk, Braylon Hawk and Jace McKenzie; his close friend Shane Newman; and also, Griffin Hawk, Stranton McNichols, Sawyer McNichols and Aubrie Newman.
For those choosing to attend the service, due to the Covid pandemic, facial coverings are required inside the building as well as the practicing of social distancing at this time.
