He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevens and Verona VanBibber Stevens; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Fredna Swaney; his brother Jim Stevens; his half-brothers, Randy Bishop and Greg Bishop; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Stover and Larry Swaney.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia S. Swaney Stevens; his son-in-law Andrea (Tim Hill); his grandsons, Peyton Hill and Carson Hill; his siblings, John Stevens (Mary), Sandy Bobo (Jerry) and Carolyn Stover; his half-brother Rick Bishop; and his siblings-in-law, Sherry, Tracy Brown, Janet and Donn Creamer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
