He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren S. Manring and Edna J. Burris Manring; and his wife Jan Theresa Lindauer Manring. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Manring, Jr., Theresa Jayjohn (Ernest) and Jeremey "Byrd" Manring (Nicole); his grandchildren, Brandon Manring (Michelle), Zachery Manring (Chelsee), Tomi Holzapfel (Josh), Ryan Manring, Tyler Manring (Maggie), Hannah Manring, Tori Manring and Audrey Manring; and his siblings, Mary Phipps, Warren Manring, Anita Rhodes (Larry), Ron Manring (Patty), Harold Manring, Carolyn Jolly and Roger Manring (Sandy). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
