He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jean Spriggs Ackley; his grandmother Spriggs; and his brother-in-law Brent Jenkins. He is survived by: his father James Elton Ackley; his wife Dee Jones Ackley; his children, Josh Ackley (Sarah), Samantha Ackley, Kayla Burns (Dusty) and TJ Denney (Heather); his daughter-in-law Chelsey Jones; his siblings, Cathy Blazer (Dan), Jimmy Ackley (Rhonda), Molly Jenkins (Vernon), Virgil Ackley (Julie) and Danny Ackley (Tami); his parents-in-law, Delbert and Barb Jones; his siblings-in-law, Annette Jones (Jeff Garvin), Missy Jenkins, Krissi Taynor (BJ) and Doug Harris (Lori); and his great grandchild Daxton Allan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
