She is survived by: her children, Paul Hayslip (Tabitha) and Shirley Ewing; her grandchildren, Logan, Jayden, Paul Wayne, Layla and Chuckie; her sisters, Cheryl Triplett, Debbie Sapp, Paula Johnson and Tracy Triplett; her aunt Betty Hayslip; and her former husband Dale W. Hayslip. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
