She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Henry "Sam" Cook and Bessie Bernice Gentry Cook; and her brother Lawrence William "Bill" Cook. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Davis; her children, Daniel Duane Davis (Elizabeth) of Groveport, Patricia Joyce Belcher (Greg) of Hamden and Nancy Ellen Hartley (Mike) of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Kyle Belcher, Alyssa Smith, Kristyn Belcher, David Lorge, Cole Hartley and Marissa Hartley; and her sister Brenda Long of Wellston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

For those who choose to attend the services, facial coverings are required inside the building along with the practice of social distancing.
