He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Thompson and Ruth Lowe Thompson; and his siblings, Betty Bowman, Ann Laferty and Donald Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Irene Coyle Thompson; his children, Mark Thompson of Wellston and Lisa; his son-in-law Doug Martin of Hilliard; and his grandchildren, Scott Martin of Columbus, Jon Martin of Hilliard and Caroline Martin of Hilliard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
For those attending the service, facial coverings are required in the building and observe social distancing practices.
