She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martz and Sarah Martz (Mowery); her husband Evan Ervin; her son Terry Ervin; her brothers, Harold Martz and John Martz; and her sister-in-law Gert Martz.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Ervin (Nancy) of Jackson, Mark Ervin of Wellston, Ohio and Tina Leonard (John) of Jackson, Ohio; her brother Fred Martz of Atwater, Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Mary Ervin of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
