She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Gilliland; her great grandchild Lucy Tiller; and her brothers, Ernest Exline, Charlie Exline (Marilyn) and Oscar Exline.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Gilliland (Gay), Paul Douglas Gilliland, Linda Snider and Brenda Burgett (Michael); her brother Larry Exline (Marilyn); her daughter-in-law Vicki Gilliland; and her sister-in-law Ernestine Exline. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
