He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel P. Ramsey and Mabel M. Gray Ramsey; his siblings, Billy Ramsey, Jim Ramsey, Daniel Ramsey II, Betty Ramsey, Marilyn Ramsey, Ila Compston and Sharron Ramsey; his parents-in-law, Jesse and Bessie Hill; and his sister-in-law Doris Ramsey of Simpsonville, SC.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Hill Ramsey; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Christy Ramsey of Wellston; his daughter Tracy; his son-in-law Jeremiah Coleman of Hurricane, WV; his grandsons, Michael, Zach Ramsey, Gavin Niedbalski, Brayden and Mason Coleman; his siblings, Mel and Sue; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Johnston of Dayton, Patty Ramsey-Miller, Madge Hill, Janice Carter, Phyllis Henneman (Phil), Wade Hill (Judy), Carolyn Hill, John Compston, Richard Hill, Neil Morath and Harold Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
